OCEANFRONT CONDO - As Kona residents for 25 years, our desire is to share ALOHA. This is your opportunity to Experience Tropical Paradise, spectacular sunsets year-round, spouting whales in winter, and frolicking dolphins. This secluded and prestigious 18 acre Resort is surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, Keauhou Bay, and world class golf courses, and only minutes to the best snorkeling on the Big Island.

Two lighted tennis courts and three pools with spas are convenient for your enjoyment. A gated security provides privacy and tranquility. Unobstructed views abound from this spacious 1700 square foot unit, complete with lanai wet bar; large master suite with king-size bed, and granite double shower enclosure for two.
Second bedroom has a king bed configuration unless two extra long twin beds are requested; full-size washer and dryer, ceiling fans throughout; porcelain tile floors throughout; granite counter tops in kitchen, and both baths, as well as granite walk-in shower and granite walls in tub shower enclosure.. Deluxe Koa wood cabinetry throughout.
Central air conditioning is provided at a nightly charge of $30.00 plus Hawaii State Tax. This is a NON-SMOKING unit. No Pets are allowed.

Fabulous property in a great location!

We spent our annual girls trip staying at this lovely condo that is right on the ocean. It was clean, recently renovated and very spacious. I enjoyed watching sunsets from the lanai and hearing the constant crashing of waves along the shore.I highly recommend this unit, it's close to Kona but outside the hustle and bustle. Shops and restaurants close by.

Best place

This condo is the best I have rented, it is fully stocked with all kitchen items, front center lanai with beautiful view of ocean. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms, it made our stay so easy and comfortable, living room and dining rooms were also nice. The grounds are immaculate and pools are always nice after a beach day, relaxation in jaccuzi

BEAUTIFUL site overlooking the ocean

This is a beautiful unit right on the ocean. We enjoyed the sunsets and the sound of the breaking waves. From the living room it seems like the waves are right at your feet! Well equipped condo. The furnishings are a little dated, but comfy. We had no problems at all!

Perfect vacation spot

The condo was beautiful and really good location. The owner supplied everything needed for comfort and entertainment. If a vacationer is looking for ocean front property this would be the place. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this condo.

Perfect condo!

Janice was great at communication. She answered my emails in a timely manner. The condo was impeccably clean. The view and location was perfect. We stayed here for the Iron Man race and it was a great location.. I’m looking forward to rebooking this condo again!

Amazing Property!

We previously stayed at this property several years ago. It has been meticulously maintained and we loved staying here again!! The location is fantastic, just a short drive into town. One of the best amenities is the incredible views from every room!! The sunsets were beautiful. Janice was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting The Big Island!

Paradise!

30 year anniversary

Repeat stay for us. This unit is everything - view, all the little things you want to make you feel at home (batteries, beach chairs, golf balls, etc). Janice is so accommodating and very responsive. She truly cares about our stay and we feel like part of her family when we are there. Without a doubt- best unit in Kanaloa!

Lovely Hawaii Retreat

We enjoyed our stay here so very much. The home is furnished with everything one could possibley need to enjoy their stay in Hawaii, right down to ice chest and ice packs frozen and ready to use! We loved the location, sitting on the lanai, looking out at the ocean, watching and listening to the waves crashing on the rocks. We would definitely like to return to this little piece of paradise.

Surf side condo

This is a great property for watching the surf break on the rocks just below the deck. And for sunset photos as is west facing. And for whale spotting. The unit is roomy and very comfortable and well maintained and well stocked. We enjoyed it a lot and hope to return.

Paradise living on the ocean

Beautiful fully equipped condo on the ocean, perfect for 2 couples. Sit on the lanai for breakfast and watch the whales breaching. The owner is accessible at all times if needed.

The Perfect Vacation

We had such a great time at this beautiful home. The location is as close to the ocean as you can get. It was so nice to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves. This condo is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. You can cook meals or head out to nearby restaurants. It is around the corner from the best snorkeling beach on the island. You can kayak, SUP, and even surf nearby. Thank you for another perfect vacation!

Fantastic wonderful stay

Janice was the most accomodating host and kept in communication with us leading up to our trip. The property was clean, well stocked and beautiful. Lots of extras like condiments, boogie boards, beach mats, funoodles, beach chairs, tennis rackets, and more. Great kitchen with lots of pots, pans, and utensils which we appreciate since we cook in for breakfast amd dinner. Great oceanfront views. We have stayed at Kanaloa at Kona many times and this location was the best so far.

The best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had!

Janice and Bruce’s condo is amazing. It has breathtaking oceanfront views (best location in the complex) and you get to be lulled to sleep by the waves. The condo was spotless when we arrived and I cannot overstate how thoughtfully and throughly well-equipped the condo is for visitors. The only thing we needed to get for our family was a few groceries. We were so sad to leave the best rental ever and we can’t wait to hopefully stay in this condo again.

A fantastic property

We booked the property based on the reviews, location and a unique and spacious layout. I can only affirm all of the positive reviews. The condo was spotless, the beachfront view was stunning and we were provided with everything we needed (beach towels, snorkeling masks, coolers, beach chairs, kitchen equipment/supplies, binoculars, etc). Additionally, Janice was exceptionally responsive to all of our questions before and during our visit. All things considered, the property was an outstanding home base for our vacation. I would not hesitate to book this condo again - we look forward to spending more time in this special place.

Home Away from Home

We love staying in this oceanfront home away from away. Located steps from the crashing surf, it is wonderful to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. This perfectly appointed condo, is within the wonderful Kanaloa resort. The resort is equipped with three swimming pools and two tennis courts. It is around the corner from the best snorkeling beach and down the road from the Keahou Shopping center with movies, shops, and a convenient grocery store. Out of the hustle and bustle of downtown Kona, this beautiful condo is the perfect place to relax and unwind - the perfect getaway!

We chose to buy our vacation rental, because our dream had always been to live in Hawaii. As the time neared, we decided that Kona was the place for us. We felt it had the most desirable weather, fishing, and most harmonious cultural blend. We felt the community desire was to work together for the best interest and welfare of all. Living on the ocean revives the soul and spirit.

What makes this property unique

We initially were attracted by the beauty of our ocean, magnificent sunsets, lush tropical plants and landscaping. The cultural activities of Hawaii, being hula or ukulele to name just a few, are available for all. There are so many activities available that it is difficult to choose. The Hawaiian culture is gracious, generous, humble, and willing to share the beauty of their heritage.
