This was a perfect location for our group of 4 couples! Easily walkable to Broadway and a lot to do around the property. Highly recommend!

The location is just a short walk to Broadway! Rooms were clean and nice. They have a great patio on the side which was fun for a nightcap for our group. We were four couples and we each had our own place.

We had a great trip with friends in Nashville. Staying at SoBro Suites worked perfectly. Each couple had their own space, it was a short walk to Broadway and the patio space was perfect for visiting.

Not the best area if you are visiting from out of town. They did let us in early. No outside lighting. Lots needs fixed up - sent list and they give us a little refund. Not sure the group felt the safest at this location. Actually the first booking from this company was cancelled due to a Maintenance issue and this was one that we had to pick from with a week to go on....I don't think I would book with this company Avantstay again....
