We had a great stay in the studio. We weren't at the property much as we were in town for a family wedding and had several events to attend, but the studio was great. It worked perfectly for our needs and we loved the location.

This apartment is aptly named: it is magical, a private garden retreat just a couple minutes from Felton downtown, Henry Cowell Forest, and the Redwood Railroad and just 20 minutes to Santa Cruz. It was clean and comfortable and very well designed for our family of four, including our two young kids. Host communication was very clear, timely, and accurate. Thank you so much for a wonderful family weekend of redwoods and beaches! We hope to be back.

After traveling through we arrived pretty late so I was nervous to come onto the property at that time but Emily was still up and everything went smooth. It was a cute little spot and she kept it tidy and clean, we were grateful for the stay!

1. Funky padlock on the sliding glass door was difficult to unlock.2. Apartment smelled very musty. No amount of fancy candles, sprays and signs to keep the bathroom door closed and no amount of housekeeping could overcome this!There is something structurally very wrong with this building.3. Dishes were provided but you had to wash them in the bathroom!!! Not great.4. Location was very good

The cottage was exactly what was advertised. Really nice front deck and yard for our dog. Only issue we had were when we tried to use the lock on the door, we couldn't see the numbers come up due to a very bright light positioned right over the lock. Took us awhile to enter. The bathroom/kitchen was interesting. It served our purpose tho. Everything very clean and organized. Great neighborhood for walking your dog.

I had a terrible time trying to open the small combo lock in the dark. It was difficult to hold the flashlight. see the numbers, and move all at the same time.
