This contemporary home fully renovated on a private 1.5 +/- acre land offers spacious interior with many windows & sliding doors facing the bay. A few minutes away from Westhampton Beach village.

A total of 4 large bedrooms and 3.5 bath. The Master bedroom offers a spectacular bay view from sunrise to sunset from its private deck. Flat panel TVs in living room & master, with sound system around the house with airplay capability. A/C (3 zones), washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, modern baths.
Large Heated pool (40ft x 18ft) surrounded by large decking and covered patio. Home is designed for summer with wood floors and modern beachy furniture.

Gardens. Private walkway and dock.
Large detached garage.

Lovely Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this home. The house was clean, well located for our needs and very bright. Fantastic views and lovely pool. Eric and Cecile were very responsive, and we would love to return.

The home is fully equipped with its own down (great for kayaking). Biking running or walking to the Village is so pleasant. We ensure you have all the amenities you need and well taken care of during your stay.

Why they chose this property

In Westhampton easy reach from NYC (Westhampton or Speonk on LIRR; 1st Hamptons exit if driving). Village has been redone over the years and now has its own historical mill rebuilt. A true Hamptons experience. Great restaurants and beaches.

The bayview is amazing and the home has great volumes. A true beach house. Very quiet and fully renovated.
