A welcoming and convenient home base, it’s ideal for families and groups looking to settle in, spread out, and enjoy everything southern Maine has to offer.

Designed with relaxation and privacy in mind, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across three levels:

Primary Suite (Upper Level): King bed with ensuite full bathroom

King Guest Room (Upper Level): Shares a full bath with the Queen room

Queen Guest Room (Upper Level): Shares a full bath with the King guest room

Lower Level Walk-Out Suite: King bed + two Twin XL beds with a private full bathroom — ideal for families, kids, or multigenerational stays

The main level includes two generous living spaces, giving guests the flexibility to unwind together or spread out.
