Parking is located at the back of the property. There are two dedicated parking spaces (only two cars allowed). Enter through the gate into your private courtyard with outdoor seating, directly to the back door. On the main level, there is an open sitting area, a half-bathroom, dining area and a breakfast bar with two counter height bar stools. In the kitchen, you will find a beverage chiller with a coffee bar area and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other with a queen. A shared full bathroom and linen closet are located in the hallway. In the attached shed near the back door, you will find the washer, dryer, cleaning supplies (if needed) and two beach chairs. There is also a hose near the back door to make cleaning up after a day at the beach a breeze. Or, if you prefer to avoid the sand, you can use the pool key card (located in the house binder) and enjoy the large neighborhood pool, which is only a few steps away. (located at the back of the neighborhood on the right). You will find everything that you need to enjoy a relaxing visit the Charleston! We hope that you enjoy your stay!

It is a very quiet neighborhood. No loud music inside or out at any time. No loud noises outside after 9pm
