Welcome to our beach cottage. Beautiful, completely remodeled one bedroom (upper unit) located steps from the beach. Our cottage can accommodate two to four people with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. New Egyptian cotton sheets and plush towels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar inside or outside on the deck at the bistro height table with a fire pit. The ocean is just across the street and can be seen from the deck, kitchen, living room and bedroom.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Leave kitchen and bathroom windows open to the sticks in the window track.
Cover all patio furniture and barbeque.
Put umbrella in bag and bring inside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
