About this property

Kachina Pueblo, a great place to stay

At the peak of the mountain, with the best views in Payson and a full private guest house. Your well behaved dogs are invited too. The amenities include a small gym and a sauna. You have full access to the house and the entire 1 acre property. You are at the top of the mountain with a 360 degree view for miles. Like the Kachinas, we are perched atop one of Payson’s highest points. We are on a private neighborhood road, with a small section of the road that is unpaved on the drive up. Quiet and secluded with a wonderful view of Payson and the surrounding town and mountains.

This property is amazing! Clean, plenty of room, everything you need in the kitchen, and the views are to die for. We needed a quiet, relaxing getaway and this was just perfect. Bonus we got to meet Miss Mimi and she was such a delight to talk to. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

This property has an amazing view! The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We were worried that the morning sun would wake us early, as the sleep room is an open loft above the downstairs with multiple windows, but it was not too much of a problem.

We had a great stay at Kachina Pueblo. The home was cozy, beds were very comfortable which is so important, it had all the amenities we needed and the views off the back of the house were stunning. Our small dogs loved it too. It’s at the very top of the hill/mountain so it feels very private and even remote, but it’s less than 5 min to town for convenience. We were treated to a family of elk, walking by in the morning. We’d come again. Thanks Chuck and Mimi!

Some repairs are necessary. There were missing smoke alarms and light bulbs and all faucets sprayed water everywhere. Carpets needed cleaning and area rugs over them moved constantly and we're a tripping hazard. The lightbulb in the refrigerator needs to be replaced. The views from the deck were lovely

The dog run was perfect for our little dog. It was a great place to stay. Secluded and comfortable. I even took naps in the loft and I never take naps! Very quiet and serene place. We enjoyed it very much.
