Secluded and serene lake house located in private community at the end of a private road, the second to last house on the block. Located in the Carmel Hamlet with an indoor spa room wood-burning fireplace in the front living room and a gas fireplace which is located in the large den, the gas fireplace is the only heat source in the den and large dining room. Spa room is not heated, Holiday weekends require a three night minimum and Friday and Saturday must be booked together.

This 1800 sqft cottage style home is located at the end of a private community rd. It is the second to last house on the block and has views of the peaceful lake. Summer disclaimer the lake is not for swimming, due to a lot of lilly pads, we use white pond multiple use area located 3.3 miles from the house. The home doesn't have Central Air, Just 2 window units in the master bedroom and the second bedroom from June-August. Most of the rooms do have fans and the house is covered by trees and the mountain behind it so it tends to stay cool, especially at night. The master bedroom has a king split adjustable bed, which means it is 2 twin XL mattresses put together and have separate adjustable bases, each person has their own control. Also the robes in the pictures are not provided with the rental.

White Pond multiple use area -3.3 miles - swim, fish, hike, tube, kayak, take a sail boat or any unmotorized boat in this lake.
Ninham Mountain- 4.9 miles -many hiking trails as well as at the top peek there is a fire tower you can climb up to see breath taking views of Putnam County.
Tilly Foster Farm- 11 miles-Museum, Farm, Trail, and Culinary school that has a Farm to table restaurant open on weekends.
Chuang Yen Monastery- 7 miles- Buddhist Temple and
beautiful peaceful grounds and gift shop, get your dose of good luck here.
Thunder Ridge ski area-9.3 miles- Small local ski area
Putnam County Bike trail - goes throughout various areas in Putnam.
