The condo is situated on the second floor of the Maui Sunset complex and is located about 100 yards from a beach with only a grassy manicured area in between.

Additional excellent beaches in Kihei, Wailea, and Makena are all minutes away. Lahaina and Kaanapali are 30 minutes away, with the Maui Airport 20 minutes from the resort. Multiple chain and local restaurants, such as Coconuts, Nalu's, and the best shave ice on island Ululani's minutes away. There is also a farmer's market, multiple Starbucks, Safeway, and shopping centers walking distance away. The beach in front of condo, in season, is considered one of the premiere windsurfing spots on the Hawaiian Islands and during the winter months, home to frequent sightings of humpback whales and their babies. We routinely view sea turtles year round on the beach in front of our residence.
