Very nice 1-bedroom apartment - lots of interesting art on the walls, very cool chandelier, largeish & clean bathroom, overall blissfully quiet. We enjoyed sitting outside in the morning enjoying the birds and the dappled sun through the trees.

About the host
Hosted by Nicole
Hi, we are Nicole & Jim. We are California and North Dakota natives. We love living in the forest and swimming the Yuba River in summer. We love to share the beauty, quiet and serenity of this secluded retreat.
Why they chose this property
We chose this area because, after driving the 1.5 mile bumpy, dusty road, we came upon a beautiful oasis of a log home, situated on a forest hill in the sun. Peace.
What makes this property unique
If you are looking for unique, we have decorated our apartment in retro decor. Colors, fabrics, paintings, furnishings and housewares. No plain Jane here. 10 ft ceilings make the 640 square feet seem like so much more. The private patio allows for time to observe nature and bath in its beauty.
