Suzanne did a great job coordinating the rental, facilitating our check-in, and was very responsive anytime they were some minor glitches. Early in our stay which was about three months, the weather didn’t cooperate with a lot of cool days and rainy weekends. It was comfortable to stay indoors on those days and make our way to the pool. Even when the pool temperature failed to keep pace, Suzanne had her team ready to jump into action. Highly recommend this location to be near Fifth Avenue and Old Naples.
