Please be advised that construction of the Spa and Keiki (Children’s) Pool is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, February 17, following Presidents’ Day weekend.
The project is expected to take approximately 4–6 weeks to complete. During this time, certain pool areas may be temporarily unavailable, and guests may experience limited access and construction-related noise during daytime hours.
For everyone’s safety, guests are asked to follow all posted signage and avoid designated construction zones.

Location was great - we do like Poipu and this unit was nicely located for exploring the rest of the island. Host was responsive to emails requesting sufficient beach and bath towels for 8 guests. Kitchen supplies were good. I would check the wobbly legs on the barstools and the dining room chairs!We do have one issue with the 'Starter Package' for soap (laundry and dishwasher), TP, trash bags. We didn't feel it was clear that we would need to fill any shortages by purchasing our own supplies. It was pointed out to me that this was not a hotel. Housekeeping was only available for a charge, meaning we had to wash towels, sheets and change beds over our two week stay. It would have been nice not to have to spend money on relatively expensive supplies that are only available in quantities - and then leave the remainders of the purchases in place for your next guests. If we'd known what we would need to purchase, we would have brought things from home. We weren't prepared to ship the extra TP, plastic bags, laundry and dish soap back home!

While our listing mentions that only a basic kit is provided, we understand how this may have felt unclear during a longer stay, and we’ll work on making that information more noticeable.
