We have stayed at this house 5 years now Sitting on front porch your at the beach sitting in back porch feels like sitting mountains. . We had a wonderful time there Only Half block to beach

The house was in fantastic shape. The owners were always responsive and in touch before. I'd highly recommend staying at this location for easy beach access. This place is perfect if you want space for outdoor living.

Loved the deck with rocking chairs to relax after being out on the beach all day. Neat cabin feel inside. Was a good place to stay, close to the beach.

Great location! Just an easy 2-minute walk to the beach. Beach chairs and toys were nice to have on hand. Very roomy for our party of 5 but home can sleep 8 or 9. Be sure to take sheets and towels as this property does not provide any. There were blankets and pillows available. There was an issue with the stovetop (that we believe we created) and the property owner/manager was nice and managed the situation extremely well. It was a great week!

The house was super clean. I had no concerns about our 10 mo. old baby crawling around. The kitchen well equipped with dishes, silverware and essentials needed to cook there and storage containers for left overs. There were LOTS of sand toys for the little ones and quality beach chairs and a wagon to use to carry stuff to the beach. Outdoor heated shower was a huge plus. Most of us choose to shower out there. Washer/Dryer on site was great! The host was communicative and timely with information needed. Everyone in the family shared this was one of the best beach house experiences we have had! We loved it and would select this home again if we were to travel to Topsail area again.

Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is in a fantastic location for walking to and from the beach. The neighborhood was laid back and quiet, and the beach is uncrowded and gorgeous. If you’re looking for a safe, family friendly place to stay with a very short walk to the beach, this is the place for you!

I highly recommend staying at this wonderful home. The house was clean, check-in was easy, and the host was wonderful to work with. A short walk to the beach, which was never very crowded. My family will book this home again next year.

Wonderful hosts and great home!

This was our first stay at Topsail and we absolutely loved it. The house was clean and is only a short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Jean and Susan were both a pleasure to communicate with and made sure that everything was good after we checked in. We will definitely stay here again when we make it back to Topsail.

Great property

Topsail Beach

House was a one minute walk to beach so location and price were perfect. Communication was excellent. Thank you for supplying beach chairs so we didn’t have to bring and the kids loved the outdoor shower!

Girls getaway
