We vacationed in Florida five times now, and this was the best rental we ever had! Harold was very prompt to answer with any questions or concerns and handled everything no problems. Even our pets enjoyed the vacation. The outdoor area in the backyard the heated in ground pool was a bonus and I enjoyed relaxing times back there after coming off the beach. You would not go wrong by renting this home and if you do, I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Our stay in Fort Myers Beach was great. The property was very clean and in a perfect location, just a short walk to the shoreline. The listing said 3 bed/3 bath, but the layout is split: the upstairs is a 2‑bed/2‑bath home, and the third bed/bath is an efficiency‑style suite downstairs with its own small living area, sink, microwave, and toaster oven. I took the downstairs suite while my brother and his family stayed upstairs.This setup actually worked well for me. I deal with disabilities from my military service, and stairs are difficult, so being able to walk straight out to the pool from my room was a huge help. The separation might be a downside for groups wanting to stay together, but I appreciated having a quiet space when I needed it.The pool was warm like bathwater during the day, but I cooled it down by floating frozen gallon jugs in the evenings, which worked perfectly. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating with our needs.The only downside had nothing to do with the property—traffic getting on and off the island can be rough. That’s just part of Fort Myers Beach.Overall, this home gave us a great mix of comfort, accessibility, and easy beach access. I’d absolutely stay here again.
