The tiny house was amazing. My family of 4 found it cozy. Very well kept, clean, and modern. The kitchen was well outfitted to make quick meals. Sleeping was great, cool summer nights coupled with a comfy bed for adults and folding couch for the kids. The fire pit and outdoor water front view were awesome! The owner was extremely responsive. Thank you for making our vaca a great one!

Only stay at this property if you want a door that doesn't close, doesn't lock, if you want steep stairs without a rail to get up to the queen bed, or if you want to sleep on the first floor on a small day bed with a trundle bed underneath that has a very thin mattress. It is advertised as having a queen bed and 2 twin beds, and for 4 renters, but that isn't true. When we called the owner, he said it comfortably sleeps 3, even though he knew we had 4. He also sent us a message on how to unlock the door and when I told him it was unlocked and didn't lock, he said he leaves it unlocked for people coming. When we told him that it wasn't safe to stay and we were leaving to find another place, he refused to give us a total refund. The owner is not fair and argumentative. If you are over 65, as the 4 of us are, we suggest that you find another property. This is a very small trailer on wheels.

We enjoyed our stay in this tiny home. The view was amazing and loved the deer that came passing through morning and night. It had all the comforts of home. It’s says that it’s rated for 4 people but I would recommend one couple with maybe a couple of younger kids. It was perfect for myself and my aunt. The local island bus line runs right by the place and it’s free. Definitely worth checking out, copy of routes that I left. Loved the place would stay there again. Jenn G

Nous avons adoré regarder le soleil se lever sur l’eau devant nous. Puis observer la faune en prenant un café au soleil sur la petite terrasse. Très propre et charmant.
