I’ve worked on private yachts , as a varnisher ,for over 40 years! So expect to see a lot of varnish, and be surrounded by nautical items, thus the name! Also have traveled around the world, so many things from other countries.
What makes this property unique
It’s on an acre lot, amongst the trees, very private.
