A perfect little getaway close to Letchworth State Park! It was clean, nice and the outdoor area was great! We spent all our afternoons and evenings by the firepit. There were two grills - gas and charcoal.

The host, David was extremely reachable and responsive. The cabin was super clean, easily accessible, and had all updates. My only suggestion would be to add a chair or two to the main common area and put the fireplace under the windows with a much smaller coffee table so when the TV is not on, people could sit across from one another to talk. Otherwise, the cabin is very comfortable to include both beds. Great double head shower and spacious bathroom. Kitchen has everything. We loved our stay. I’d like to come back in the summer. That way we could also take advantage of beautiful Silver Lake.

The host was very nice and they had really taken the time to make sure the guests felt welcome and comfortable. Letchworth park nearby is wonderful and there are a ton of shops in the surrounding areas. It was a great experience I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the stay right from the start. The place was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Everything one would need was provided and more! David was great and there if we needed anything. We would have enjoyed the outdoors, ie., the fire pit and grill, had it been a little warmer. Overall, the place is easily 5 stars!

What a great stay at this cozy little gem! The hosts are top notch! We stayed from Nov 12 - Dec 19 while waiting for our new home to be completed, they checked in on us in the cold and snowy weather to see if we needed anything, they offered to shovel, put down salt and when we contacted them that the furnace had stopped, they were there quickly to repair.The cottage is clean and cozy, and well stocked. We would highly recommend Dave and his cozy cottage!

Our host, David, kept in contact via text. He was quick to respond and very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. The cabin was clean, cute and bed was very comfy. Appeared to have been recently, renovated. The hosts thought of everything! Much more than any VRBO we've ever stayed in before.They supplied coffee, a spare toothbrush and a phone charger by the bed to name a few. Would absolutely come back and refer others!

We had a great stay, communications with David were excellent. The cabin/house was comfy, well equipped and just right for our visit to the Letchworth State Park. We'd like to come back here again.

The cabin was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. There was even a cheese grater and a muffin pan! The two beds were firm but comfortable. The pillows were a nice quality. The whole house had cute bear theme. The floors felt a bit lop-sided as if the house is settling to one side, but it was minor. It was a nice stay and a good value for the money.

The property is even nicer than the pictures convey. We appreciated the laundry and the fact that the host allowed us to check in early. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located for a trip to Letchworth.
