The host was very nice and they had really taken the time to make sure the guests felt welcome and comfortable. Letchworth park nearby is wonderful and there are a ton of shops in the surrounding areas. It was a great experience I highly recommend it.

What a great stay at this cozy little gem! The hosts are top notch! We stayed from Nov 12 - Dec 19 while waiting for our new home to be completed, they checked in on us in the cold and snowy weather to see if we needed anything, they offered to shovel, put down salt and when we contacted them that the furnace had stopped, they were there quickly to repair.The cottage is clean and cozy, and well stocked. We would highly recommend Dave and his cozy cottage!

We enjoyed the stay right from the start. The place was very clean, comfortable and cozy. Everything one would need was provided and more! David was great and there if we needed anything. We would have enjoyed the outdoors, ie., the fire pit and grill, had it been a little warmer. Overall, the place is easily 5 stars!

Our host, David, kept in contact via text. He was quick to respond and very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. The cabin was clean, cute and bed was very comfy. Appeared to have been recently, renovated. The hosts thought of everything! Much more than any VRBO we've ever stayed in before.They supplied coffee, a spare toothbrush and a phone charger by the bed to name a few. Would absolutely come back and refer others!
