One of the best rentals I’ve done. Cute house in a quiet location walkable to downtown Juneau. The place was modern inside with high end appliances and everything seemed newly renovated. We were pleasantly surprised to get a small gift box of local goodies when we arrived. Colin was super responsive, providing tons of recommendations on places to eat and explore prior to our trip, and even allowed us to have a late checkout since our flight out was in the afternoon. The place was perfect for our family vacation of 8.

Great property! It was a perfect location where we could walk everywhere but was a quiet area. Stairs to the top bedroom are tiny. Not good for older people. Suggestions: Binder with instructions for coffee makers, heat, lights, etc. (Very modern). Including recommendations for restaurants and places to check out would be great too. Lotion should be included in the toiletries. We loved the welcome basket- thank you!

The hosts were incredibly communicative and gracious to allow us access to the basement to store our bags pre and post checkout. They were even so thoughtful as to leaving us a welcome gift basket full of local snacks and knick-knacks. The house was near downtown, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Everything in the house was beautiful and high-end. It felt like we were staying at an upscale hotel. The bathroom had a heated floor and there were iPads nested in the walls to control the settings. They even had a Breville espresso machine and provided espresso beans. The bathrooms were fully stoked with everything you could need: makeup wipes, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer (Dyson), towels, and even laundry detergent. My friends and I were in awe of all the amenities. Would highly recommend this house and would rebook if we are ever back in the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Juneau! The property was extremely clean and thoughtfully updated throughout. Everything felt modern and well-maintained, which made the place feel more like a high-end hotel than a typical vacation rental.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out. The electronics worked perfectly — strong Wi-Fi, a great TV setup, and a solid sound system that made evenings especially enjoyable.Overall, the entire experience felt five-star. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped home in Juneau.
