This exceptional tri-level townhome (managed by Ski Country Resorts Vacation Rentals) offers a prime location, just a five to seven minute walk from the Peak 9 Base Area, the Quicksilver SuperChair and bustline Historic Main Street. Alternatively, the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop is just one block away, ensuring easy access to all the attractions and mountain adventures Breckenridge has to offer.

Spanning a generous 1,534 square feet, this spacious townhome provides ample room for relaxation and enjoyment. Step into the inviting living and dining room area, adorned with tongue and groove, beam vaulted ceilings and unique rustic decor. Unwind on the new couches or in the oversized armchair while watching your favorite shows on the new flat screen TV. The gas burning fireplace creates a cozy ambiance, perfect for curling up with a book or engaging in lively conversations with friends. Bask in the warm sunlight streaming through the massive floor to ceiling windows or step out onto the private deck.

The well-equipped kitchen features all the necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. Cooking and dining utensils, dishware, and glassware are also provided to allow the ability to prepare and enjoy any home-cooked meals from the comfort of your Breckenridge home away from home. Gather around the new dining table with room for six, or opt for a quick meal at the breakfast bar (ideal for fueling up before hitting the slopes) with additional seating for three, .

The first bedroom boasts log furniture and mountain-inspired decor and offers a King bed, side chair, dresser and TV. The second bedroom follows a charming ranch theme, furnished with two Twin beds and a cozy oversized chair, perfect for bedtime storytelling. The loft area is equipped with two beautiful sets of Bunk beds, each featuring two Twin beds, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests.

Additional amenities in the townhome include on-site coin-operated laundry facilities and Wi-Fi internet access. As guests of the Christiana Townhomes, you'll also have the privilege of accessing the newly renovated Columbine Recreation Center (located steps away near Motherlode & Inner Circle Condos). Amazing Property but second story he did not work. They sent us four space heaters but the hot water baseboard heat froze before our arrival never could get it above 60.

We were celebrating my daughters 17th birthday with a group of 4 girls. Disappointed when we found out the hot tub was closed for construction since that was our plan for the evening after dinner. Disgusted that upon going to bed, there were dirty underwear behind the master bedroom nightstand.

Tired/Rundown property

Location is excellent , however , the property needs a lot of maintenance such as: replacement of wall paper - it was worn out and ripped off the wall in many areas, lower floor has humidity, needs painting (bubbles and humidity). Some of the shades were not working properly. The property manager was not responsive . We arrived around 8:00 pm due to a flight delayed and couldn't find the place- no one was available to answer any question until next day, even through the "emergency" phone number.

Great location

Easy walk (under 10 minutes) from the condo to the Quicksilver lift for mid-day lunch break, 5 minutes to main street and under 2 minutes to the hot tubs. Condo had plenty of space for 7 adults with gear/luggage. Easy check-in/check-out process with responsive front desk to answer questions with the property management team. Would definitely rent again!

We stayed at Christina 1 with old friends visiting from Australia. We really enjoyed the fire place as they were cold. Place needs updating, curtains fixed, and loud heating system fixed. We could not find the hot tub my husband said was in the booking conformation. Other then that our company was great. The walk to restaurants was to far for us. Can't remember the man at check-in but he was fantastic!Check out was fast and sweet!

The property is clean and adequately accommodated all of the guests however there were a couple of minor problems. The refrigerator needs a new motor. At best it kept items in the refrigerator luke warm. The freezer worked well. Also there's no air conditioner and several of the windows wouldn't open. Adding a fan to the main area would help greatly with that.

Would Highly Recommend and Will Stay Again

We really enjoyed staying at this townhome. It was a short walk to the Quicksilver super chair (did it in our ski boots). There was plenty of space for all 10 of us (adults). The free shuttle service they have is great as well! The only downside was that you need to have plastic cups to take an adult beverage with you to the hot tub (even cans are not allowed, and there are not any plastic cups in the unit so we had to buy some disposable ones), they could use a few more cups and bowls, and there is no laundry in the unit. Overall I would stay there again and would highly recommend this to other travelers.
