Host was very accommodating to our needs. Property was exactly as listed. House met our needs as far as ample space, great ocean views and a great pool to relax and have fun. Host responded to any questions very quickly and was easy to get in contact with. House made for a great family vacation and would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was fantastic. Beautiful home & location. Only minor thing is we couldn't use the grill because all the knobs were rubbed off so couldn't see heat. Also no igniter and there was charcoal in it even though it's a gas grill. Could ne just us not knowing this type of grill. Had a great week!

The house is wonderful! The pool was well used. Could have used a broom or an inexpensive vacuum as no matter how hard you try, sand gets in the house on the tile floor. Also would recommend a few rugs… by the doors to wipe your feet on before going inside the house. The only other thing is a couple of oven mitts. Had only one dish towel to use as our oven mitt. One thing that may be helpful is some kind of location marker. We came in at night after driving for nine hours and had a difficult time seeing the driveway. Maybe a colored flag or orange flamingo, by the road would have been very helpful.The only other suggestion would be to have a binder for guests to sign with exiting instructions…. We’ve stayed at many VBRO homes and there is usually instructions for what to do before you leave… we made sure all garbage was taken out, frig cleaned out, all dishes cleaned and put away…. But we didn’t know if we should strip the beds….The only other suggestion… we have an in ground pool at home and knew to check the filter basket as every time leaves would collect in it, the heater would turn off. The pool guys came once while we were there during our 2 weeks.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!! Thank you for having us!!
