Relax at this peaceful lakefront getaway just a 20 minute boat ride or 25 minute drive to Clemson perfect for football weekends, family trips, or a quiet retreat.
Enjoy easy private dock access just a short, gentle, walk from the house for boating, swimming, or soaking in the sunset. This cozy, fully equipped home offers beautiful water views, a spacious outdoor deck, large patio, two story dock, and mooring poles located on the dock if you plan to bring your boat. The boats and jetskis in the picture are NOT included in the stay. They are owner property and guests are not permitted on the boat or jetskis. The pontoon boat will be moved to allow the guests to bring their own boat and tie it up to the dock.

Roy was very responsive and welcoming. The location was perfect with the lake right there. We loved the enclosed porch with dinner table for big family dinner as well.

We had a great weekend getaway to the lake. This is a true lake cottage - very quaint and unique. The screened porch was fabulous and the views can’t be beat. We spent a lot of time on the upper deck of the dock. House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen could use more lighting but was very cute. Host was quick to respond.
