View the gulf from the screened in porch or hear the waves from the bedroom window in this cozy ground level "old Florida" beach house. Outdoor shower, 3 bedrooms with 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 double beds, sleeps 6 comfortably, living area is open concept, dog friendly (2 dogs, pet fee $150), non-smoking. Bring your bikes-miles of designated bike paths from back gate throughout area. March Special $4,600 for month.
An agreement with house rules will be sent to you via Docusign for you to sign upon approved booking. You can review agreement in Rules and Policies- Rental Agreement.
