Great place, loved the location, it was very spacious and clean. Everything was in working order. I thought the bed and couch were uncomfortable but everything the else was great!
Had an amazing time. Very close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. I was a little nervous driving up the mountain, but the views were amazing. We saw many bears during our visit. My only complaint was that the cabin had limited seating. We had to use the chairs on the porch for the dining room table. There was only 1 chair by the pool table. Thank you for such a great vacation!
Spent a week at this property for our honeymoon. The roads were windy, but the location was perfect for our activities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The size was great too for just the two of us.
Only complaint would be reliance on hand sanitizer instead of hand soap and no complementary laundry detergent even though there is a washer/dryer combo available.
Property was as listed and we enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was great, bed comfortable, pool table, location and amenities were as described. We had a bear visit as we were packing up to leave that got in back of truck and stole chips! Definitely a wonderful weekend and experience family will forever cherish! The host was very easy to communicate and quickly responded

I loved that this cabin was up the mountain away from the traffic chaos. The drive up is beautiful. Unfortunately, the cabin itself does not have a view. The cabin was very clean, but dated. The blinds in the bedroom were broken upon arrival. The bed is old and uncomfortable. The pool table and hot tub were nice additions.
The cabin was very nice and clean. We really enjoy it a lot especially the children they were super excited. The location was not what I expected. It was very hard to find the cabin a first because it was very ducked off. But it was very peaceful and quiet. Over all it was very nice and we loved it.

Location
The house is roughly 15 minutes from town. However, it’s not as secluded as you’d think. There are houses directly behind and above the property. The houses above are looking down at the porch where the hot tub is
I was looking for a quiet place, with great internet to take a academic sabbatical while I finish a second doctorate. The owner was very nice. The property was as promised. You will not beat this price in this area. It was clean, a little older, but equipped with what I needed. It seems like a very secluded cabin because of all the trees surrounding the property. However, there are several cabins slightly in view surrounding this cabin. Everything worked as promised. It was perfect for a work week where I needed to be alone, quiet and secluded. Thanks for supplying this cabin for a week at such a great price.
We were so excited to stay, until we walked in and there were multiple roaches running around the kitchen. The floors were dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned in over a week. Someone had just used the shower, the shower/curtain/floor was soaking wet. When we noticed the owner he said “ Can you please compromise a bit ? I am not aware. This is the first time, but I did not charge a lot, very cheap price too. I am in this business to make money ” even after sending proof. Absolutely not how you handle problems. We didn’t even end up staying and had to get a refund and stay in a hotel.
We enjoyed our stay we just couldnt use the hot tub it was very dirty it hasn't been cleaned in a while the carpet hadn't been vacuumed either other than a few minor things like that we enjoyed it and thanks again
Very clean and spacious home! We loved the location! Nice and secluded in the mountains, but still close to downtown Gatlinburg. We found everything to be just as it was described in the listing. Owner was very communicative letting us know exactly what to expect. Great value for this home!

Very quiet place
The cabin was literally on the mountain which was amazing for us, wonderful drive experience and really nice view from the top of mountain. The drive way for the cabin was kinda tricky but everything else was amazing, hot tub is working great, and we even saw three baby bears when we were driving down the mountain! And the owner was really friendly definitely going back!

Nice place for the price. Bigger than we expected.
It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Driveway is a little tricky, but most are on the mountain.

Excellent value
Our overall experience at this house/cabin was really overall positive. I was having trouble connecting to the wifi, and I contacted the owner, and he was very prompt and helpful. The cabin has lots of room, the hot tub worked great, and is very close to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It was saddening to see all of the cabins and trees that were destroyed by the fire. The cabins can and are being rebuilt, but the dead and destroyed trees can never be replaced, at least in my lifetime. Again, for the money, the stay was a very good value. Thanks to Leon Xu for the property.

Older cabin, but nice
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Three Bears cabin. It is a little older than most we stayed in but in pretty good shape. The two bathrooms were very handy. The three televisions were nice to have also.
It's in a very quite area, which made sleeping very comfortable. The King size bed was nice also.

It’s just OK
This place could be awesome but, it needs repairs / maintenance - toilets rock, towel racks were falling down, some furniture falling apart, carpets are worn, no hand rail on the stairs, pool table felt is loose, AC unit is in the master bedroom stick and is very loud plus there is a light that stays on and can be seen at night, the dryer is not too great, several window blinds were busted.
The place is fairly clean but the baseboards need to be cleaned and the windows were filthy. We did get an email that only a few towels were there but we were traveling via motorcycle so no room to bring towels. There was one bath towel, 2 or 3 hand towels, one washcloth! Really??? The driveway was terrible! Steep and slippery due to mold on driveway from being in the shade. No real place too park and turn around. We had a terrible time with the motorcycle! The road to the house is very windy. Some very nice happy homes on the mountain and the views going up the road are nice! No view from the cabin.

Bears were in our truck!!
Awesome cabin!! Owner was wonderful. I was met by a bear at the front door standing on it's hind feet! There were 3 who then decided to open all 4 doors of our truck, one in the driver's seat, one in the passenger seat and one in the back seat! They ate our chips, chewed my bag and threw my coffee cup into the driveway. Kept shutting and opening the doors till the police arrived to scare them away. It was scary and amazing all at the same time!! Had a great trip that we will never forget. Cabin was great and secluded. Thank goodness I have pics and videos of the bears or no one would ever believe us.

Comfortable and affordable
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and accommodating when inclement weather surprised us.
We even saw a couple of black bears while driving down the road by our cabin to downtown, we were excited!
We would definitely stay here again.
