Relaxing getaway

We had a lovely stay enjoying breakfast and coffee on the deck, playing ping pong, walking our pup around the neighborhood, hiking and relaxing by the fire at night.

Great relaxing cabin in the woods

We had a great relaxing stay in the cabin. Everything worked out really well. Enjoyed the Munds park area and even trips to surrounding areas like Sedona and Grand Canyon. Would return again.

Great Stay!

We had a great time in the cabin. The area is very quiet and the one neighbor we met was very friendly. It was plenty of space for our group of 6 adults 2 kids and one pug. Everything you need is in the cabin which makes it so much easier.

Comfortable and Spacious Cabin

I took a team of 9 to this cabin and everyone slept and operated comfortably. Everything was clean and ready for use! We LOVED our stay!

great place for a big group

we did our annual Christmas trip to munds Park this year and had plenty of space for all of us. lots of utensils in the kitchen made it easy to cook, and beds for everyone. it was a treat to take my dog along too! Nice place!

Wonderful stay!

We had an amazing stay! This cabin is stocked with everything you need! Instructions explaining every detail were left by the owner which was wonderful. The owner was also very responsive. We plan to be back in the summer and winter again. We truly had a great experience!

Fantastic getaway

This cabin is the perfect retreat in the pines. Cabin is very spacious, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. It is the perfect location to easily drive to Sedona and Flagstaff. Owner was very responsive to questions and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Wonderful July Getaway!

The cabin exceeded our expectations. Owners were a pleasure to deal with and correspondence was addressed quickly and efficiently. Peaceful & Relaxing time in Munds Park!

Thanks Todd for sharing your home with my little family last weekend. This home had a warm feeling upon arrival that really made us feel welcome. It was very quiet and a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Phoenix. We would love to stay again. The fenced yard and deck were great for enjoying the simple bliss of Munds Park. Great place!

Incredible weekend retreat

Words can't describe this cabin. Incredible location, incredible space, incredible weekend. The owners are so responsive and they really took care of their place. Love the furniture and the little games for the kids to play. We are already thinking of going back next weekend and the weekend after and the weekend after that :)

When hosts make things easy

I have two main points about our stay. 1)We stayed at the cabin with our dogs, and we didn't have to jump through hoops with the host. It was very pet friendly and we appreciate the fenced back yard. 2) We appreciate the short and consice check out list where the ask was reasonable. We didn't have to follow a complicated list of chores. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and the host did a great job with communication. We didn't have any issues during our stay.

Our family enjoyed spending time at the cabin. We had so much fun using the pool table and ping pong table. We had everything we needed for the kitchen to cook our meals. It rained so we were unable to bbq or use the outdoor amenities.

Beautiful weather

This is a nice community in Munds Park. It is a neighborhood feel and all the neighbors are nice and out and about. The nearby trail at Crystal Point Loop was beautiful and walking distance, however the 2nd day we drove there and was a bit nicer to explore the trail longer. There is 1 bedroom on the main floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The game room is on the 2nd as well and you do have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get there. I do think this is helpful to future guests as the bedroom with bunk beds does not have as much privacy if people are in the game room.

Enjoyed staying, but it really needs serious cleaning!!!

It was great to have games like table tennis, foosball, and billiards in the house. We played with them a lot and had so much fun. Overall, the house was nice and met our needs. However, I cannot overlook one thing: the house was very dirty. The furniture was old and not clean. The bed linens, pillows, and towels were extremely dirty and stained. We didn’t even want to touch them, let alone use them. The house is in serious need of cleaning. The trash bins were full, and we couldn’t find a place to dispose of our trash.

Great snowy weekend

The main room of the house had plenty of room and seating for all 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) of us to hang out in at night. The Fireplace was great, but could use a new grate as the one in there was pretty beat up from use. Even-though it's very small, the kitchen had pretty much everything needed to cook meals, the stove and microwave could use an upgrade (I can understand why you wouldn't in a vacation cabin though). The playroom above the garage was great with the pool table, large sectional and TV. The beds were all comfy. The upstairs bathroom while functional could use a bit of work. All in all the house served my family and friends great and we would return.

Everything was good but they needed to clean better

I love the place. The owner was so nice and I could reach him when the lights upstairs stopped working. He sent someone to fix it. The only concern was that they did not clean. Proof of that is that they left a used bar soap in one of the bathrooms, and there was dust everywhere downstairs. They need to be better at that because if you have someone with allergies, that is no pleasant.

I wouldn’t stay here, VRBO please look into this property!

Unfortunately the only good thing about this trip was the weather.. House was NOT clean, sheets were dirty, spiders everywhere in the house, house smelled like a litter box, none of the appliances match, the refrigerator was not working therefore more then half our food went bad. This cabin was nothing like in the pictures, nothing matched, it had different furniture then the pictures, upstairs in on of the rooms there was an exposed wire with no cap on it(thank goodness the kids weren’t sleeping in there), it was not a gated in yard, their was a huge crack at the ceiling right at the top of the stairs. Honestly this cabin was in no shape to be rented out it, was just one hazard after another. & to top it off we caught LICE from this property. As if I thought it couldn’t get worse! This was truly a disappointment. Please read the reviews before booking this cabin, we have NEVER had an experience like this with VRBO ever.. what was supposed to be a fun relaxing family week was a disaster and an expensive one at that! VRBO please look farther into this cabin, I do have a few pictures as proof of some of the details above.

Many guests have enjoyed their visit this summer. We have a fenced backyard and monthly pest control treatments. The furniture was recently replaced with better furniture.
