Escape to this sunny, charming coastal retreat in beautiful Venice, Florida-renowned as the Shark Tooth Capital of the World! Perfectly designed for couples or families. This bright and breezy home offers comfort, convenience, and adventure-all just a short drive from beaches buzzing with fossil-hunting fun! In addition to the beach Shamrock Park & Nature Center is just a short walk away-perfect for biking, exploring, a quick game of tennis or basketball and has a beautiful kids park! This is a 1200 sq ft ranch style home. This home features a large front yard that can accommodate multiple vehicles, including space for an RV or boat.

A split floor plan with bathrooms on both sides allows for privacy between guests.
Bedroom 1 features a queen and full bed, walk in closet, dresser, tv, mini split ac, and en-suite stocked with bathroom essentials.
Bedroom 2 features a king size bed, large closet, dresser, and mini split ac. The secondary bathroom next to the room has a bathtub and shower, and is also stocked with bathroom essentials.
The living room has a tv, electric fireplace and games available in the cabinet. There is seating in both the dining room and at the kitchen island. Kitchen is equipped with cooking basics including a Keurig, oven, microwave, toaster, *2 burner induction stove top* and dishwasher.
Off of the dining room is fully inclosed lanai with cushioned patio furniture. The backyard is fully fenced, perfect for anyone who may be traveling with pets! Please note the front yard features grass, the backyard is fully shelled.

We had a great stay! All the little extras make a big difference. Kid friendly and pet friendly. The host was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. The location is great too, close to everything.

Why they chose this property

When we were looking at purchasing our first home in Florida we stayed in an Airbnb in this same neighborhood. We feel in love with Shamrock park, and being able to walk or bike along the intracoastal! The neighborhood is well established and has a great old Florida feel.
