Holiday cottages in the countryside just 10 minutes from Cabarceno
Apartment situated in the valley of Pisueña, in the Pas de Cantabria valleys, an overflowing nature area, rivers, forests, grasslands and beautiful walking paths.
As nearby attractions is the nature park Cabarceno just 10 minutes by car. Cabarceno is a huge room (not walkable in a day) where many animal species (tigers, lions, elephants and etc) live in large plots in semi freedom. Nothing to do with a traditional zoo as to the condition of the animals.
We have spectacular beaches (Somo, Santander, etc ...) to barely half an hour.
Also nearby there are caves with rock art recently declared a World Heritage Site.
An equestrian center for horseback riding is also nearby.
You are in the Bº Las navedas in Santibañez de Carriedo that belongs to the municipality of Villacarriedo, Cantabria. Our zip code is 39649.
The GPS coordinates if ye use are 43. 229 144, -3. 855,751 and you can always call phones that are in contact and I gladly indicate.
It is a typical mountain house in which they have enabled 3 apartments, of which this is on the ground floor. It has direct access to the garden and terrace, ideal for breakfast and dinner outdoors

Wonderful introduction to Northern Spain
What hosts -everything there for a comfortable relaxed stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The information about places to visit ensured we got the most out of our stay and a great introduction to a part of the world we had not previously visited. All of our needs were anticipated and met. Friendly hosts. Would recommend without hesitation.

TURISMO EN CANTABRIA.
Hemos estado en LAS NAVEDAS 5 noches, lo hemos usado como trampolín para recorrer Cantabria y parte del pais vasco, esta relativamente cerca de todo y los alrrededores son preciosos.
La dueña encantadora, el apartamento muy completo, sin faltarle de nada, tiene de todo y muy limpio.
Si podemos volveremos a ir por allí, han quedado muchas cosas por descubrir de Cantabria.

Perecto para familias
Estuvimos alojados en el apartamento que esta en la planta baja ya que tenemos un niño pequeño y ademas de ahorrarnos subir y bajar el carro, el niño podia salir a la terraza y al jardin a jugar. Se trata de un sitio idílico, rodeado de naturaleza, paz y tranquilidad. Absolutamente recomendable. Además, los dueños de la casa pueden gestionarte entradas para el parque de la naturaleza de Cabárceno con un 15 de descuento !

Y nos alegra leer que quedasteis satisfechos con vuestra estancia en el Apartamento 1, que como vosotros comentais, es perfecto para familias con niños pequeños y no tan pequeños, ya que tiene acceso directo al jardin común donde podran jugar, leer o tumbarse en el cesped y disfrutar de la tranquilidad del entorno rural que nos rodea. Las navedas es un sitio tranquilo donde disfrutar del apartamento y de su jardín.
se pueden hacer caminatas alrededor de la casa para disfrutar de los campos paniegos. nacho y beatriz tienen un huerto fantástico y con un poco e suerte podréis probar sus judías verdes ;), para los que os guste la bicicleta de carretera es un lugar ideal para comenzar las salidas. Se duerme fantásticamente bien y esta limpísimo, mucho. En los dias que uno tiene ganas de ciudad, coger el coche e ir a santander a disfrutar de la plaza del cañadío es media hora en coche.

Muchas gracias por vuestra visita. Nos alegramos mucho que estuvieseis a gusto y hayais podido probar las judias verdes, ahora se está recolectando calabacín, pepino y montón de cosas más que nuestros visitantes podrán disfrutar si les gusta la verdura.
Como bien decis estamos lejos y cerca de todo, donde se puede disfutar de la tranquilidad en una casa de campo y si se quiere un poco mas de movimiento contamos con Santander y Torrelavega a escasos treinta minutos en coche al igual que algunas playas y algun campo de golf en el mismo Santander (8 hoyos) y dos completos en Pedreña, entre otros.
La zona es ideal para deportistas ya que hay para todos los gustos, deportes de riesgo como rafting o más tranquilos como paseos a caballos, senderismo o incluso como comentais, Las Navedas es ideal como punto de partida para rutas en bici o a pie.
