Host very welcoming. Location great. No hair dryer, loft very hot, paltry kitchen utensils, black debris in master tub when trying to fill tub, no key fob for hot tub and pool, sewer smell in master closet.

Hi Betsy! This was a BRAND NEW listing for our mgmt program and you were one of our first guests. Thanks for letting us know about the missing items and I am glad that we were able to get those items quickly added to the listing. The hot tub fob was connected to the large yellow rubber ducky toy as communicated in the digital guide we sent prior to arrival. Given heat rises and the amount of large windows in the unit absorbing solar gain, the top loft can get warm for sure. Opening the windows on the top floor and the lower floor creates a nice cross-breeze to help pull in that cold mountain air and then the portable fans can also help. We didn't have any previously reported sewer smells nor any since your stay so I am hoping that was tied to city work on the main line.
