Fully renovated in 2025, our Windshore A leaves no wishes open when it comes to your vacation on Anna Maria Island. Only ~200 steps away from your front door you will find one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches in all of Florida. Many home amenities and a private heated pool will ensure that you, your family and friends will experience an unforgettable getaway from the ordinary.

Spend countless hours in your very own heated pool, sit outside on the patio and let time pass you by while sitting by the pool, or cook a grand dinner on the BBQ grille.

Showcase your cooking skills in a kitchen and easily pass foods and snacks to kids, friends and family outside by the pool via the pass through window.

The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in Windshore A provide lots of room for all guests. The master bedroom with king size bed includes an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The second and third bedroom have a queen bed each and share a hall bathroom with walk-in shower. All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV. High speed wifi internet, air condition, full size washer and dryer etc. are all available at the home.

A beach cart with beach chairs and umbrella, as well as beach/ pool towels are available, so that you can enjoy your time in the sand and under the sun to its fullest.

We have rented a different home on the island for 15 years. This house was the cleanest, most comfortable place we have rented yet. Everything about it was top notch. Loved the walk out to the pool, well stocked kitchen, short walk to the beach, plenty of towels and beach chairs/supplies. Also, this place had way more starter stuff than any other house we've rented. I loved the added beach bag and we used it non-stop! I can't think of one improvement I would recommend.

Windshore A 1 Block from the Beach

Great location, nice property close to the beach. Pool was wonderful though I wish the fountain was functioning. Great location on the island for beaches and proximity to restaurants.

The location was perfect. 1 1/2 blocks to the trolly and the beach (or 200 steps). Quiet neighborhood, house was clean. Pool was nice. It just needs a rail to get in and out of the pool. Kids would be ok, but older ladies we needed something to hold on too. Overall the place was great we woild stay again

Extremely clean, comfortable and well stocked. Kitchen: all the cooking & storing containers, a Keurig & regular coffee maker, and even a cooler to take to the beach. Leave your towels at home; plenty of towels for pool and beach and a ton of bath towels, too! The beach gear is in great condition: chairs (8), umbrellas (4), kids toys, noodles, sand mats, kids swimmers, and a beach cart (to name a few). Beds and pillows are comfortable, beds firm but not hard. Fans in every room. The sofas are clean and comfortable. The cleaners did a great job, very clean. The location is great - in the middle of the island and very close to beach access- literally a 4 minute walk. Pool clean & well maintained. Quiet neighborhood. Very nicely maintained and decorated. The owners have clearly thoughtfully stocked the property. Highly recommend! Island Realty left a goodie bag with dish soap, trash bags and other starter items which was a very nice surprise and greatly appreciated! We’ve been multiple times to AMI and will be booking here again!

This property has a great location on AMI. The manager was attentive. The listing wasn't exactly right, but didn't bother our stay. Beautiful place, nice bedrooms, and beach accessories a plus. Would stay here again!

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and thank you for pointing out a couple of small discrepancies in our description. The outdoor speakers are connected to a receiver indoors and can be very difficult to operate due to the many different settings. The fountain feature has been disconnected by the pool company due to excessive water loss and cooling down the water temperature dramatically, therefore working against the heating efforts of a pool heater. We have removed both from the description.

Family Getaway

Great location just a few minute walk to the beach! Wonderful house, very clean, kitchen fully stocked. We had a blast enjoying the pool and back yard. The pool area has sun and shade and we used it as a great break from the hot, steamy beach during the day and a great place to grill and hang out in the evening!

This house was just perfect for our family vacation!! The house was exactly as described and as seen in the pictures - beautifully decorated, clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and the short one block walk to the beach was great! The heated pool and patio were the perfect gathering place for everyone. Beach towels, beach chairs, toys, beach wagon and umbrella were so nice to have. The quiet neighborhood, the location, and the amenities were just what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful week of memories!!

Perfect beach getaway

We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay over the week of Thanksgiving. The house is in a great location, just steps from the beach, and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and stuff for the beach like chairs and an umbrella. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc and the grill had a backup propane tank just in case. The house was very clean when we arrived and well maintained overall. The private pool and patio was perfect for our family of four. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

Accessible, single level paradise

Brought our walker challenges 82 year old sister and had a wonderful time. It exceeded our expectations, really. Additional family who popped in were impressed. The heated pool was lovely. The beach, even better. Only a short, level walk to beautiful sand and green water. Sand chairs, abundant beach towels and umbrellas were invaluable. When we reported one of 4 broken, the manager replaced them the next morning. The beds were very comfortable. All the rooms were great and well appointed and equipped. We needed nothing.

Location, furnishings/decor and family friendly. Master bedroom bed height was very inconvenient and clothes chess was too large and did mot provide a good walk way. Was very disappointed we were not told about next door unit was under construction. Being awakened in the morning before 7:30 with hammering, pecking, drilling, and grinding was extremely annoying

Issue with pool

The pool was dirty when we arrived but the very next morning someone came out and cleaned it. He took the cleaner out so by Thursday evening it was dirty again and we were there until Sunday. Somewhat disappointing but overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Really loved our time here. They had plenty of supplies for our 2 year old to have fun at the beach, and the pool was perfect to relax in at home. Owner was very communicative after a recent storm in the area and ensured that the home was ready for us.
