We loved our stay and hope to visit again! You couldn’t ask for a nicer, more attentive host or a more convenient area to vaca in. The home is clean, spacious, bright, and comfortable with a great patio and garage. Everything you could want is close by, most notably Dana Point, the harbor, many world class beaches minutes away, restaurants galore, plus shopping and a theater you can walk to. The property and grounds are beautiful with friendly neighbors, easy parking, and a great pool!

Very unfair review, if you choose a property to rent and it’s thousands less than others it might need updating. Pay more $ next time and don’t bring your cat … you saw new photos and choose to rent. I also gave a great review and I’m on my 3 rd cleaning after your visit. Left very dirty !

Jan and ED were perfect hosts! 2 bed-2 baths and a garage to park your vehicle. The spa and pool is a refreshing 30 second walk. The spa only is a twenty second walk. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Ed and Jan were outstanding--going the distance to ensure our stay would be perfect. And it was! We recommend it to the highest! Best VRBO stay for us.

The location was very convenient! Really liked that it was walkable area and pet friendly. The place is as advertised and was good for our trip with my in-laws and baby for one month. There was plenty of space for all the baby things like play crib, baby breeza, bottle washer, etc. We ordered blue apron and cooked 3 times a week and also went out to the restaurants in the area. The host was quick to respond to any inquires we had.

I was surprised to see how dirty they left the place. They had a dog ! We will no longer be able to accept pets. Decorative pillows were excessively dirty and damage to the bed frame is confusing. I will need to repaint. Otherwise everything was great
