Featuring a full kitchen, a cozy combined living and dining area, and a separate bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed, this villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests with a queen-sized sofa sleeper and a set of bunk beds ideal for smaller children.

The Ocean Dunes complex boasts a newly upgraded oceanfront pool, which is heated to a comfortable 82 degrees and open daily from 9 AM until sunset, making it perfect for year-round swimming.

Located just 70 yards from the beach along South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Dunes is ideally situated close to Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park, offering easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

Great location!

The unit was cute and clean - it’s very small but worked for 2 adults and a 2yr old. The location was great, close to everything, it’s easy to get to the beach and the pool was nice!

Ocean Dunes 314

Overall stay was great but mattress in bedroom is awful and worn. Anytime you barely moved whole bed creaked and was sunk down. Sheets were scratchy too. Small touches that go a long way. View was great and easy to access beach and pool.

Great view and beach!

I will take that balcony view any day! It was gorgeous. The building and unit were a bit dated but very adequate. The bedroom was small without much room to move around, but really, that was shown in the photo and wasn't the most important thing to me. I loved the shelf on the wall with the coffee mugs and wine glasses - easy to grab and head to the balcony! The pool and beach access were so close and convenient. The main living space was very nice and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Perfect getaway

Property was nice. A wonderful location. Easy bike ride or walk to shopping and dining. Starbucks at the Hilton next door a bonus. A little small but it was just the two of us so it was perfect for us. The only thing negative I have to say was about the shower liner. I first thought it was trash bags tied on the bar. It's a cheap $3.99 fix. If I had been near a Dollar General I would have bought it for the owner. Lol! Other than that I have no complaints. I would stay here again.

The Best View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location of this condo overlooking the beach and close to the elevator. Kitchen was fairly well stocked but could use an extra wash rag/towel for a 10 reservation. Need to improve the cleaning, particularly the bathroom, floors and upholstered furniture. The worst part was mold on the bathroom ceiling, wall and shower curtain (mentioned in a July review). Good unit but definitely room for improvement since our previous rentals have not had these issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, amazing view, good access ro the laundry room, elevator and stairs. Pool was perfect (and maintained daily), short boardwalk to the ocean. Bike trails were close along with shops ,restaurants, and grocery. Would have appreciated hooks. Hooks in the hall, bathroom, and porch would be a game changer. It was clean other than the mold on the ceiling over the tub and the shower curtain could be replaced. They gave us extra towels which was helpful. You get 1 roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper, dish soap, 1 dishwasher soap, salt and pepper, and several garbage bags and that's it. Hand soap and an extra dish towel would have been helpful. Kitchen has the basics, everything we needed except Tupperware to store left overs. Overall it was a fabulous place and we will likely be back. I was very happy with 314 specifically due to the view and location to stairs/laundry. Noise was not an issue for us.

Beautiful Condo with Oceanfront View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had never traveled to South Carolina before, and found Hilton Head to be absolutely beautiful. The grounds at Ocean Dunes are impeccably maintained, as well as the boardwalk. The unit we stayed in was updated nicely, clean, and very comfortable. The deck easily sits four people with deck chairs and tables. We enjoy biking, and along with riding on the beach, we found numerous bike trails to enjoy as well. Our whole experience was wonderful, and will definitely return in the future.

Unbeatable location, but nothing in life is perfect...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great stay! PROS - location, location, location, nicely decorated, well stocked with essentials, well maintained. CONS - only a dumpster for trash on site (other properties that family members stayed at - Marriott - had a row of recycling bins in the garage, too), previous renter didn’t take out the trash, and the vacuum was broken but the broom didn’t quite cut it when it came to sweeping up all the sandy grit left behind on the floors either.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always courteous staff, clean facility, perfect location! If I had anything to complain about it would be the condition of the pool. When the tropical storm came through, it took several days to get the pool cleaned. My children and I took the time to clean debris from the pool to make it useable for us and other families. Umbrellas were taken down Wednesday morning in preparation for winds from the storm, but were never replaced even several days after the storm. There seemed to be an overall lack of urgency to get the property back to working order after the storm hit - which was rather minor. Otherwise a great experience and we will definitely return next year.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the view and the ability to walk or ride our bikes to dining and shopping. The location and view are wonderful! There are a few problems with the unit. Cleanliness was an issue. We found potato chips under the couch and the balcony carpet is disgustingly filthy. My wife found what looked like mouse droppings in the kitchen drawer which led to her washing all utensils.The frying pan was so dirty I had to soak it in soap over night and really scrub it out. The kitchen is poorly equipped for a long term stay. We had to buy pur own can opener and storage Bowles. When you pull out the kitchen drawer it hits the fridge door, which was annoying. It would also be nice to have a few hooks to hang things.

Birthday Getaway

Thank you so much for recent stay at your condo. Everything was clean, and suitable for two people. The condo was conveniently located and the oceanfront view was impeccable. Few suggestions: install security lock on entrance; replace mattress closest to A/C unit as it is a sinkhole, invest in nonstick cookware, get a working garbage disposal, and replace patio carpet. Thanks again for the opportunity to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

All interaction from the front desk was great as well.Our only complaint was how ill equipped the kitchen was in our unit. No strainer, No tupperware, not even a bread knife. We cooked 2 meals here that were mostly prepared and brought with us. It would have been a nightmare if we had tried to do any more than that.

Revisit of our old Timeshare property

Our parents needed to get away and we surprised them with a revisit to the property location where they had once owned a timeshare. The room was exactly like theirs and the view was amazing. This property is top of the line managed and cared for. It was a great experience and would do it again.
