It has a parking space in front of the building's access door. Thanks to its location in a residential area, it enjoys the most absolute tranquility, although practically near the nucleus of the population. It has in its vicinity (from 400m.) The best restaurants in Llançà with an important high-level gastronomic offer, supermarkets, the weekly market, a children's amusement park (open only from June to September), Internet-café,, park with trees and children's play area, yacht club, Pub.-discotheque, beaches, pharmacy and all kinds of shops. bel appartement

Très bien situé si ce n'est cette route en contrebas. Très bonne literie et très propre. Rien à prévoir. Un barbecue aurait été le bienvenue mais bon, je pinaille. Les hôtes sont très accueillant et prévenant. Réponde tjs aux questions rapidement.

Enthousiasmant

Appartement spacieux, lumineux très bien décoré et très très propre. Une vue magnifique sur la méditerranée. Proche des plages et du centre-ville. Llança est une station balnéaire familiale. Il y a d'excellents restaurants qui vous permettront de déguster et découvrir la gastronomie catalane. Je recommande cette location et en plus, les hôtes sont très avenants et sympathiques.

Accueil chaleureux, appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, place de parking et très belle vue ! Le wifi aurait été la cerise sur le gâteau mais on s’en est débrouillé.. Un grand merci !

Sehr geräumige und saubere Wohnung. Super Ausstattung und tolle Lage. Vermieter sehr nett und entgegenkommend. 5 min Fußweg zum Strand. Wir waren begeistert.

Tolle Wohnung

Abgesehen davon, dass die Wohnung bis ins Detail sehr gut ausgestattet ist, ist der Balkon mit Meerblick und die Strandnähe zu nennen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermieterinnnen war sehr angenehm (auf Englisch). Anzumerken ist, dass es keinen WiFi-Zugang gibt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de la ville et des plages. Il offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. S'il n'y avait qu'un reproche, ce serait la présence de la route en contre-bas, assez passante ... inconvénient largement compensé pour nous par la vue magnifique.

Lovely family who made us feel welcome when we arrived at the villa. The villa has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Great location that is near different beaches and only a short walk into the. centre of Llanca. We have had a lovely holiday staying here!

Appartement très bien équipé avec très belle vue

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Bien accueilli, l'appartement est très bien équipée , la literie est très bonne. La vue superbe. L'appartement est très bien placé par rapport à la plage les commerces le port . Le seul bémol est que la route qui passe en contre bas est très fréquentée autour du 15 août et cela s'entend. Par contre aucun soucis pour dormir on peut fermer les fenêtres et mettre la clim. On dort alors comme un bébé.
