Fabulous location, charming cottage that is well-appointed and maintained. Views from the porch and lawn chairs are wonderful. Host was great and even allowed early check-in. Only constructive feedback is there could be more space for clothing in the bedrooms, but I believe that is being remedied.

Since your stay, we've added two Restoration Hardware dressers and a large wall cabinet that provides substantial additional space for clothing and belongings. In addition, both the master and guest bedrooms include built-in storage cabinets. We think you'll find there is now plenty of room for clothing and personal belongings during your next stay. The School house is a very special property located next to the Ocean House in Watch Hill. You have the privacy of your own place with luxury accommodations complete with a small kitchen should you need it. The Ocean House Spa is next door, the beach is around the corner and the comfort of the school house with all its amenities make it absolutely perfect. We loved it!

We loved the entire experience staying at this beautiful property nestled into Watch Hill. The property is very well appointed, very thoughtful and detailed decor, and maximizes use of every square inch of the home. The kitchen has everything you need to entertain you and your guests in style!Check in was a breeze and Kevin is a great communicator. 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. less than ten minute walk into town with all the shops and great coffee and match lattes at Sift. Visiting Ocean House (right next door) for cocktails and dinner and an easy walk back to the house was also a highlight of our stay.Five stars all the way and we look forward to returning next time!

5 stars all the way. The School House in Watch Hill is an exceptional property, perfectly located in the Watch Hill / East Beach area. This historic home has been meticulously updated and the decorating / amenities are exquisite. The beach is just a short walk away (3 min) and the views from the house are perfect! Likewise, Kevin - the home owner and host, made the whole stay fantastic and super easy to work with (from booking, check-in, and check-out), it was flawless. Our family had the best time there and we cannot wait to get back. Many thanks for sharing this one of kind home!
