Borgomaro, a small village of about 300 souls, quiet, just minutes from the city, but the center where you can find: pharmacy, post office, edible, butchers, bars, restaurants, pizzeria, bakery, hardware and some of the most renowned oil mills of the province .
The valley that is home to this village, 'Valley Empire' is covered by old olive groves of the variety 'Taggiasca' which produces a mild oil but of character, fragrant but light, in a word 'unique'.
On the farm you can also taste and buy olive oil we produce, olives in brine and other local products. If you're ever in the months from November to February you can also watch the olive harvest: the method is always that of our ancestors.
