Super cute and modern loft, with old building charm. Loved the location, right across from public parking and near restaurants and quirky art stops. Cool creaky old wood floors, and modern bathroom and kitchen amenities. Would definitely stay again. And Claudia was very attentive, ensuring all was well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Claudia lovely place. It is ideally located right at the center of Asheville’s downtown and close to everything of interest: shopping, eating etc. Check in was a breeze and it was very easy to communicate with Claudia. The place was immaculately clean and very stylish. Bravo Claudia! We will be back. Amy&Misha

The loft was perfect. A great location and very comfortable with everything we needed. Claudia was a super host and reached out to help when the snow storm changed our list of available activities.

The property is a fantastic oasis for two in the heart of downtown Asheville. It's within easy walks of numerous restaurants, breweries, and day or night activities. The apartment itself is well appointed, with a comfortable bedroom, nicely stocked kitchen, and soothing living space. Moreover, the host, Claudia, is as considerate and conscientious as you could want.

Luxury Loft in Downtown is everything it's advertised to be. Within walking distance to all Downtown Asheville offers! The beds were comfy, the decor simple but stylish and the mini split came in handy for the warmer weather. Providing coffee and tea was a nice special touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent apartment. Great location. Claudia was a great host. When we had a problem with the listing at our original apartment she went out of her way to find us another place. She definitely goes above and beyond.

My third stay at the loft space was as cozy and comfortable as usual. Right in the heart of downtown, I could walk to River Arts and groceries, and of course, Asheville’s great restaurants, music venues and shopping. Full kitchen, comfortable beds and peaceful decor are appreciated. The space is quiet off the streets but other building guests can be heard if you need complete quiet. Great clear, prompt communication.

Great Location and Comfortable

We had a delightful stay at this centrally located apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the owner was quick to respond, replaced a faulty electric kettle and made great suggestions for restaurants and things to do.
