Escape to this adorable 2-bedroom house in Lake Havasu City located at Sams Beachcomber resort on the island. Newly remodeled with new furnishing and appliances. The bedrooms offer a king and queen bed for a good night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of our Golf Cart to get around. There are Smart TVS in every room including the patio area. The place is stocked as well as a BBQ. The resort has a heated pool and jacuzzi year round. A beach to relax on. There is a free launch ramp, as well as boat docks for boats 26’ and under for additional fee paid to the resort. There are laundry facilities on the premises. We our next to London Bridge, many restaurants, and walking trails. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

Better than the pictures showed. It wasn't clear that there was a separate sitting area with a tv outside of the master bedroom which was a bonus. The upgrades were very nice and the beds and bedding were comfortable. Large TV's in both bedrooms, both living areas and one on the patio. The A/C was set to 76 when we arrived, better than the normal 84 and that makes a big difference for unloading the car. It would be nice if there could be more air in the master, but it's an add on so probably not possible. We'd stay there again.
