Good location, good neighbourhood

We like the property very much as it is near shops, restaurants, and shopping mall. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe.

My Stay at 18a Russell St East Cannington

Location was Excellent for Shopping,the garage was small and very tight as i had a 4wd. The mattress in the 2 rooms at the back where very hard and not comfortable,also the house had damages on the walls through out the house. Leaking Shower and taps need to be looked at, also had to buy my own cleaning gear to clean the place so i could get my deposit back ( note on wall explaining this ) The garden out back needs cleaning up as it is over grown and new cleaning gear needs to be provided and left inside not like the old stuff outside the house.
