Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home right in downtown. Fully remodeled 1905 house with updated electrical & plumbing, finished with modern amenities. Great place to kick off your shoes and relax. Enjoy a cozy, bright, colorful and eclectic space. Two comfortable bedrooms, one with a King sized bed the other with a queen bed. Each with an adjacent bathroom for comfort and privacy.
The space
Fully equipped Kitchen, with modern amenities. Keurig coffee maker and French Press available. Fully fenced in backyard with relaxing chairs and table under a covered patio with ceiling fan. Small dogs (under 25pounds, limit 2) are welcome please clean up after your pets.

We do not charge a pet fee if you disclose you are bringing a small (under 25lbs) dog, limit two. Undisclosed pet fee is $50 per dog. No cats allowed. There will be a $500 fee for bringing a cat onto the property. Our cleaning crew charges us if they have to pick up poop, fees start at $25.

We stayed in this lovely home for two weeks. It's been totally remodel with attention to every detail. It was nice and clean and most importantly, there were no harsh chemical smells or perfumes throughout! The home is nicely located downtown within walking distance to local restaurants, farmers market and great shops on G Street. We would stay here again.
