OK- here goes….Very clean. Extremely well-stocked kitchen. Hot water a-plenty. The deck is a lovely spot to watch the water sparkle in the sun, and see the ferries come and go. Easy access to both ends of the Cape. Comfortable for longer stays. Beautiful neighborhood- easy walk to the beach. Perfect place to relax, explore, unwind. Would not hesitate to book again. Hope this review is helpful!

An absolutely lovely home, just a few minutes walk to Hyannis and the beach. Very private feeling, clean, great amenities, and with a great marine decoration vibe. We loved cooking on the large deck's bbq and sitting by the fire pit watching the jaw dropping sunsets over the lovy marsh. Or taking walks to the amazing beach nearby. The only glitch was a wrong phone number for the the owner on the listing, and a problem with the door code upon entry - resolved within 30m with a call to vrbo support. Owner was otherwise communicative and friendly. Property was impeccable. Highly recommended if you want to hole up with family and friends for a perfect cape cod experience

The house was perfect for our girls trip. It was in a great location with amazing views. It was in a great location to enjoy walks to the beach every morning and a quick drive into town. Everything inside the house was thought out purposely to make for a smooth and enjoyable experience. The hosts were kind and quick to respond. We would love to come back again for another trip.

This is house was perfect for my family's annual trip. The property is well maintained and the house is really clean. The views from the living room over look a marsh and you can see the beach in the distance. The location was perfect being a short drive to the downtown area and centrally located if you are wanting to take day trips to other areas of the Cape. Checking in was really smooth with no issues. I would highly recommend this property.

The property was just as described. This is a nice location a few miles away from the ferry and a few minute walk from a town beach area. The house was very cute and had a few extras such as a large bag of ice in the freezer, cute butterfly's on the TP and extra shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms.

We had a lovely stay - the house had wonderful views, a great deck, perfect location close to Hyannis Main Street, and very comfortable living and dining rooms and kitchen facilities. Great spot!

The layout of this house was perfect for many reasons. There are two first floor bedrooms, which are great for the seniors. pets are allowed which was a plus for us. Location was perfect as many things were near Hyannis The ease of check-in and check out were smooth the house provided everything that you could possibly need. We tried to find something to complain about, but there actually was nothing. This house sits on a quiet street and about half a mile from the famous Kalmus beach. The house was very clean with a beach theme. I definitely would stay there again.
