Booking Notes

Peak Season runs from the last Saturday in June to the last Saturday in August. During this time, we require a 7-night minimum stay with Saturday check-in/check-out.

When requesting a booking, please share a little about your group and the purpose of your stay—we love getting to know our guests and ensuring a wonderful experience for everyone.

We paused rentals from 2019–2023 to renovate and enjoy family time—our home is back, better than ever, and ready to welcome you!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Leave trash bags in the shed. Please leave no trash or food behind. Please clean up excessive crumbs, this will attract ants. Return all items to the home or property that may have been used off site.

If you used the lockbox, please return key. Make sure all windows and doors are locked. Turn A/C off or heat down to 55 degrees. Latch shower door, lock shed. Leave all keys on the anchor by the door.

Check for all personal items. Inform the owner of anything that was not working correctly during your stay. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No guest outside of the rental party will be allowed to spend the night. Please respect our neighbors and be considerate with noise levels. 10 ppl max

No parking on the grass. Please have pets do their business BEHIND THE SHED not on any grass. Please keep pets off all beds/furniture and blankets.

Please remember to return anything from the house or property you may have elsewhere/car when you check out - towels, tupperware, beach chairs etc.

This place is as advertised. Everything is nice, clean organized, and the hosts were great.

While vacationing at the Cape in late 2012, we fell in love with this little gem and had to have it. It took a while to digest... "Did we just buy a house on the Cape".. ?? Yes! We did, and couldn't be happier! We invested many memorable hours transforming our purchase into our little slice of heaven. While we enjoy spending our time here with friends and family, we also have found great pleasure in renting our home. We have met many wonderful people, who we now consider friends : )

The location is unbeatable and we've been told "It's everything a Cape house should be." We had looked at many homes for sale on the Cape and It wasn't until we stepped into this adorable home that we knew we had to buy it - this was the home! We have so much pride in our home, which is something you will certainly see and feel during your stay!

What makes this property unique

When we stood in the living room and first saw the ocean out over the marsh, we knew this would be a beautiful place. We have enjoyed every minute here. The views are tranquil and the walks to the beach or dining are always fun ... and the bike rides are endless... We're certain you'll create family memories during your stay. Thank you and Enjoy!
