The Best View over Gottfried Creek and the beautiful ever changing Mangroves! You can kayak to Lemon Bay directly from your floating dock! Or dock your boat! A direct Western exposure provides spectacular sunset views nightly and a beautiful array of varied green hues over the mangroves in the morning! Ibis, Osprey and various Herons visit by day. After a beautiful sunset, see the stars at their best at night (minimal light pollution)! The re-modeled kitchen (2020) boasts all new soft close cabinetry and a large classic “Boos Block” wooden countertop accentuating the breakfast/prep bar. It is open to the main living area, where wooden shutters further enhance the 'Old Florida' ambiance.
