Beautiful renovated private two bedroom Townhouse in Leon Springs TX. Bright, comfortable and totally private loft apartment in a two-family house. Easy 5 minute ride to shopping and HEB Grocery.

- Bedroom #1 - big, bright bedroom with large windows, King size bed, dresser, closet and air conditioner in summer

- Bedroom #2 - cozy bedroom with Queen bed and dresser, air conditioner in summer

- 🔴 Your Airbnb accommodates 4 guests, up to 6 guests with an optional Queen air mattress (air pump included) with sheets and linens as well as 2 pillows- you may set up in king bedroom or downstairs- comes unsetup - must notify at time of booking.


- Living Room with 55" Smart TV comes with many apps

An entire 1st & 2nd floor of a private two-family house in Leon Springs. Texas. Short driving distance to AT&T Center (concerts during the summer), cafes, restaurants, and bars. We are easy driving distance to a 7-eleven, supermarket and drugstore that are open 24-hours a day.
