Quiet Camp on the lake “Relax, Refresh, Unwind “

Quiet little camp on the North End Point of Fern Lake that has just been renovated. Two small but quaint bedrooms . One with full size bed and one with a queen. A wonderful 32’ four season porch with a sofa bed, bar, gas fireplace and fridge that leads out onto a beautiful deck all facing the lake.
Newly tiled walk-in shower. Large kitchen with plenty of seating at the table fully furnished with everything that you might need for your vacation with the exception of food. Gas fire place indoors and a great fire pit on the patio. Outside there are two flat levels to play yard games. Large sun deck to get that great tan. Great fishing off the dock. Also there is a picnic table and a large gas grill to cook up that perfect steak at the end of the day.
the lake is perfect for floating however depending on the time of year the water level in front of our camp can range from 5’- 9’. You might want to bring water shoes after all this is a lake in VERMONT and the bottom tends to be mucky -

Yard games, kayaks, life jackets, floaters,firewood, beach chairs, are all on site. Wi-Fi , dish tv are also hooked up for those who would like to spend a quiet evening catching up on their shows. Towels,linens and bedding are clean and fresh for you to use.

Near by is a great Pizza & Ice-cream place called Kampersville Deli. It is also near my Favorite -Paddlers Pub. Neshobe Golf club is also close by.

20 minutes from Middlebury, 40 minutes to Rutland, hour to most ski resorts such as okemo, Middlebury snowbowl, and killington
