Tropical Retreat in quiet neighborhood. Bring your boat and fishing poles. Take the kayaks out to explore Forked Creek. Manatees and dolphins like it here. A floating boat dock and floating kayak dock/launch pad make for easy access onto the water fun. The 30' heated pool is worth staying home for. Manasota Beach is 7 minutes from here down beautiful Bay Shore Drive. The boat ramp to launch your boat is a couple streets away. Plenty of room to park boat trailer on side of house. Fish right off the stationary dock or fish & bird watch from the elevated deck. The fish light brings the snook and other fish out after dark. Clean your catch at the fish cleaning station down by water. Use the outdoor shower to wash sand off after day at the beach. Grill a meal on the gas grill. Enjoy coffee or cocktails at the bistro set in front foyer surrounded by tropical plants. Rainy day use the game room to keep the fun coming. Good eats and shopping in Englewood and Venice. Come expecting much fun and relaxation.
