This guest house offers a quiet and cozy stay. It is a spacious 800 sq feet with a laundry room, bedroom, bathroom kitchen and living room. There is an air mattress and extra bedding available if needed. It is secluded with a privacy screen on the porch and surrounded by trees. There are a few quirks, the floor is slightly slanted in a few places and the furniture is well loved. It is equipped with everything you need and a perfect place to relax. The laundry room has space for a pack and play or air mattress.
Just a 15 minute drive will get you to Carolina Beach, and 25 minutes to Downtown Wilmington.
