This place was perfect for our family. 1 minute walk to downtown shopping, on the exit route of RMNP, rooms were clean, had all the necessities needed for a perfect stay. The host was accommodating to any of our needs and responded to messages immediately and professional. Would come back again.

This is a condo in a terrific location in Estes Park--easy walk to town and local breweries. Only concerns were the A/C (not built-in, but two stand-alone machines) and the pint-sized dishwasher. Other amenities (washer/dryer, big screen TV, good beds, two kinds of coffee makers, well-equipped kitchen) were great. Especially wonderful were the communications with and flexibility of the owner. I would definitely return!!

I was suprised with the booking that i selected. The loft was way more that i expected and definetly exceeded my expectations. The host was real friendly and very attentive when asked questions and also made sure everything was in order. The location of the loft was excellent place( it was one block from the main street in downtown Estes Park). The place was real cozy for me and my family of 5 and enjoyed the town. I definetly recommend this place to others. Thank you Alie for sharing this wonderfull place and hope to be back soon.

We loved staying right in town so we could walk to all the shops and restaurants. This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. With 2 different areas to gather and watch TV or play games. Would stay here again!

We had two couples and it was a great set up. Location could not have been better to walk to any restaurant or shop for our time in Estes Park. Communication was very good. Highly recommend.

Very well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Fantastic location. Host was extremely responsive to all questions. Quite condo great water pressure and plenty of hot water. A c and fans worked well. Would recommend this unit
