It sounds like the snow added to the magic of the experience, even if it made the driveway a bit tricky. We have looked into providing a shovel for future guests to avoid improvising with a dustpan! We do have a hot tub tech who services the hot tub between every guest, but please always call if you think the chemicals need tending to and we are happy to have him come out and check.
