🌸 The Space
Seaside Garden Cottages offers discerning guests space, comfort, privacy and quality across three beautifully styled cottages set on two adjoining allotments. With lush gardens, shady lawns and generous communal areas, it’s ideal for extended families, multi-generational groups and friends travelling together.

The property is immaculately presented and thoughtfully equipped, offering the ease of hotel-quality finishes with the warmth of a private retreat.

👨‍👩‍👧 Guest Capacity
- Total: 9.5 bedrooms | 5 bathrooms
- Base tariff includes 16 guests - extra charge for additional guests
- Maximum capacity: up to 24 guests (including children & infants)
- Beds for 22 guests, plus sofa bed / rollaway / children’s mattresses as required
- Up to 2 infants under 1 year may stay free of charge. Extra infants must be booked as 'children' to calculate tariff correctly.
- All guests, including children and infants, must be declared
- No un-booked, free or day visitors permitted. Unbooked visitors or guests will at a minimum be charged as though they have been staying for the entire duration.

- Upstairs: 2 × Queen loft-style bedrooms, plus 2 x singles available by arrangement. Internal balconies with full-height plantation shutters

2) The Cottage — Romantic Charm with Luxe Touches
Full of character with exposed beams, brickwork and warm styling.

- 2 bathrooms (showers, no bathtubs)
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher

- Excessive mess, damage or linen staining (including fake tan) may incur additional charges

Complimentary WiFi is usually very reliable, though island connectivity can be affected by weather. Signal strength may vary, particularly in the Studio. Uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
