The location of the cottage was perfect. Easy and quick access to the water. Sleep was such a vibe listening to the ocean waves and neighborhood ducks that are around the property. The cottages are small and cozy but have a kitchen, bathroom, murphy bed was comfy and so was the day bed. Very clean. We would definitely stay visit again.

We enjoyed the little cottage and especially the location - walking distance to beach(obviously), restaurants/bars, piers, activities like whale watching tours, groceries/necessities! The cottage was well provided both kitchen and bath, beach towels/chairs. Great host communication! Sunsets!!! Loved! Here’s one drawback for us- no air conditioning and no ceiling fan. We had some times when we were uncomfortable and wished we had it. Out of the Hosts control!! - —Here’s the unfortunate thing for us during our visit. They started road construction(sewer/water lines completion date 2028) on the beachfront road. They started work at 7:15 am -3:00 each weekday. Ugh! So noisy and ruined relaxing on the porch during the day. And, they began a sand wedging project from the harbor with a massive pcv pipeline along the beach and it obstructed our view. I had times when I actually felt stressed by all of the noise. I’d recommend this cottage, but check about the road project before you book.

Fantastic place for a family vacation! Perfect location. Beachfront! Walking distance to everything you might need. Host called to make sure we got settled in okay. We will most definitely be going back!!

It was beautiful,comfortable and a fantastic stay... But just so you know... the pow.\n ER would turn off sporadically, and the microwave does not heat. But i have no complaints on my stay. It was still a wonderful experience

Everything was awesome! Only downfall was that it did say there was coin laundry and we didn’t find it anywhere on-site.
