Our Happy Place with Sunsets and Open water views of Boot Key Harbor.
This condo is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with elevator access, located on the top floor in unit 302. There is a large shared heated pool with a grill on property. Modern and new kitchen and baths. Open floor plan from the kitchen to the dining and lliving area.
The Master bedroom has it's own bath on suite with a king size bed and views of the Harbour. The second bed room has two XL twin beds with access of the bathroom. Washer and Dryer inside the unit.
There is a porch off the living area to enjoy the vistas.

You must be 25 or older to rent. (25 year old must be present during entire stay)

We enjoyed four wonderful weeks at Our Happy Place. The patio overlooks a massive marina, and it is fun to watch the boats come and go. The property was clean, well-decorated, and totally as advertised. We also found the fulltime residents of the condominium to be very welcoming. Host Vinson always replied quickly to any inquiries.
