Jason is a great host, and his properties are clean and comfortable. An amazing bonus is the remote location on rolling farmland with sheep.

Host was very good about communication and property was clean. We got in very late and basically just slept and left so it met our needs. If your looking for a safe, clean place - this is it. If you are looking for ambiance, cuteness or adorable surroundings - no. Very plain, needs a lot of decorating and structural updates.

Misty Meadows is located in a pleasant rural setting. The space was clean but very dated. We had trouble using the smart lock to get into the house but Jason came by to help us and that was appreciated. The beds were comfortable, but I feel that the price was too high for a space so far out of town and, though functional, not attractive.

Plenty of country charm ,was quiet and peaceful, pretty close to Bloomington and other activities. My biggest critic was no cellphone service once we got there ,I tried to look and if there was my apologies but maybe provide a guest password for wifi service .Otherwise we would probably stay again.

Very quiet rural area. About 15-20 minutes from IU campus. Jason was very responsive, great host. Plenty of parking, if you have more than one vehicle. We were there in 100 plus degree heat index weather and the air conditioning kept up quite nicely.
